How it would work

  1. You open the MyDigital ID app on your phone and scan the code, or approve the request the app sends you.
  2. MyDigital ID confirms who you are and returns you here. This system never sees your MyDigital ID password or PIN.
  3. Your verified identity is matched to your officer account. Anyone without an officer account is refused, even with a valid MyDigital ID.
  4. Your role (reviewer, verifier, administrator) still comes from this system's own officer records.

Before it can be connected

  • LHDN registers this system with MyDigital ID as an approved relying party and receives the integration details.
  • Officer accounts are linked to verified identities, following LHDN's rules on which identifier to store.
  • Password sign-in is kept as a fallback, or turned off, as LHDN decides.
